New class coming up!

Scene Study @ Michael Howard Studio.  Thursdays 3-5:30 pm. Starting September 3.​

This class embraces a robust investigation of the text and honest motivated scene work. Establishing context, both in the world of the play and the historical time of the play, helps provide a better sense of the stakes and tensions between the characters.   We will explore context, actions, and inter-character dynamics as a means to both ground the work and expand the possibilities of the scenes.  This class is an opportunity to explore various approaches to the scene and to help you to develop your personal toolbox.   Participants of all levels are supported as they explore, invent, and surprise themselves to find more in the scenes and more in themselves.
